How RelaxTouch Approaches Practice
RelaxTouch is built around careful, non-medical relaxation massage practice. Instead of rushing into complicated techniques, the course keeps attention on the basics that make touch feel calmer and safer: hand placement, gentle pressure, slow rhythm, clear comfort checks, and respectful boundaries.
Learners practice small movements such as gliding strokes, light kneading, and simple circular motions while noticing how pressure, pace, and posture change the experience.
Practice Principles We Use

Comfort before flow

Why The Course Stays Simple
New learners often press too hard, move too quickly, or rely on tense fingers because they want the massage to feel effective. The course slows that down. Practice begins with clean towels, a comfortable surface, supported positioning, and short sequences that are easy to repeat.
From there, learners can notice when wrists tighten, when transitions feel abrupt, or when a comfort question is needed before continuing.
